Sorry guys, I have not been writing any stuff on my blog. For all the chip lovers and the healthy people out there, I'm sharing my delicious recipe with you.
First, wash your potatoes properly. By the way, you do not have to peel your potatoes.
Using a knife or a mandolin slicer, cut the potatoes thinly. Place the potato slices on a paper towel as shown.
Cover them with another paper towel and press with your hands to remove moisture.
Place potato slices in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, add a little(!) salt, and mix the ingredients.
Put parchment paper on microwave safe plate (my mom arranged two plates in the microwave to save the time). Place plate(s) in microwave for 4 minutes. Turn the slices over and cook for 3-4 minutes. Watch your slices so they do not burn.
Your chips will look like this:)
You may want to try sweet potato (photo below), zucchini, carrots, or other vegetables.
PS. The thinner you slice the vegetables, the faster they cook.
